Hiking and trekking trips
Easier than the scrambles, they still visit many out of the way places from which magnificent views can be seen. They are often combined with driving in 4x4

A one day combined jeep and hiking tour (The "Small Three Bridges trip")

Two day combined jeep and hiking tour
("The Khasch Route")

One day hike through Wadi Um Ishrin

Two day jeep and camel trip

Three day combined jeep, hiking & camel trip

"Scrambling" trips
These trips are not arduous, but consist mostly in mountain walking with occasional use of one's hands needed. They visit some of the most beautiful areas of Wadi Rum

Two days/one night walking and jeep riding
(The "Three Bridges" Trek)

Going through the Rakebat Canyon

Again we start through the Rakebat Canyon and shall be picked up by jeep to transfer towards the Barragh Canyon where we shall do some more walking. We shall spend the night either near to Barragh or towards Jebel Burdah.

The next morning we start with a climb to the Burdah Bridge before continuing the hike in the afternoon through a very attractive narrow valley towards another rock bridge. You can climb this one as well if you wish, but it is much easier than Burdah.

Incidentally in 2006, this trip was selected by Royal Jordanian Airways as one of the five best adventure trips in Jordan - it even came in number two!

Price : for 2-3 people 135JD per person. This includes all meals and sleeping equipment and the guide for hiking and climbing to Burdah.

It does NOT include the entrance fee to Wadi Rum - see the introductory page.
