Hiking and Trekking through the canyons to Lawrence's House
Starting from Rum village, we head south on foot towards the sand dunes in Wadi um Ishrin. We climb the sand dunes, which nearly everybody finds to be fun - there is a great view from the top!

After that we continue down the other side and through a series of narrow canyons to Lawrence's House near to Jebel Raka.
We take a picnic lunch with us, which we shall eat on the way. This is a comfortable walk on the flat (well, more or less) with no difficult scrambling or climbing. It should take us about 6 hours. If you are an enthusiastic walker we can vary the route a little bit to make it longer. From there it is an easy hike to the camp where we shall spend the night.
